• Online Sessions via Zoom: Join us virtually from anywhere in the world for live yoga classes conducted through Zoom.

• In-Person Sessions in Dubai: For those located in Dubai or visiting the area, we provide in-person yoga sessions at your place, or outdoor session.

• In-Person Sessions in Lebanon (July, August): For those located in Lebanon or visiting the area in summer.
